HUDA-SA identifies dedicated and dynamic Community Workers who have challenges and concerns from the MIDP-SA research and findings. These Community Workers become part of Masibambisane Network.

  • Creating awareness and advocating their concerns and challenges

  • Strengthen collaboration between Community Workers and Muslim Institutions,

  • Coordinating Workshops / Courses to empower and coach Community Workers to discover their strengths and address their challenges via innovative thinking,

  • Train and Coach Community Workers in developing Integrated Development Plans (IDPs) for their communities,

  • Counsel, Research, Assess and Coach Community Workers and their communities

  • Monitor and Evaluate the network between Community Workers and Muslim Institutions.
